View and Download Invoice from Account Statement in SUPERHUB Billing Center in MyHUB
User Guide Details
1. MyHUB Login Link - You can login to MyHUB to enter Billing Center via this link https://portal.superhub.com.hk/app/login.
2. One-Time Secure Login - Only registered Key or Billing Contacts can login MyHUB. If you’re one, click the link in our email and enter your email for validation. A one-time secure link will be sent to your mailbox for immediate access to the SUPERHUB MyHUB after verification. Each link is valid for 10 minutes for security purposes. Request a new link for subsequent logins.
3. Enter Billing Center - After you login MyHUB, you can easily find and select Billing Center on the menu bar to enter. After you click on the option, you will be directed to SUPERHUB Billing Center after successful validation of your login ID.
4. First Time Login and Setup Password - In case it is the first time you enter MyHUB Billing Center, an one-time Activation Email will be sent to you with instruction to set and confirm your password.
5. Login Authentication - You need to enter your login ID and password to log in, a one-time verification code will be sent to your email, you can retrieve that code and key into pop-up window to successfully log into SUPERHUB Billing Center. If you need to reset your password, you can click "Forget your password?" and follow the instruction of password reset.
6. Account Statement - After successfully login, SUPERHUB Billing Center will direct you to Account Statement page, where you can check the latest account balance amount, any new arrival or historical records of invoices or credit notes, and download a billing and payment history into Excel format.
7. Other Billing Information - You can also navigate to check outstanding invoices based on payment status, and return to the account balance page through clicking main menu "Billing", then clicking button "Account Statement".
9. Invoice Presentation - You can check the detailed invoice line items in the downloaded invoice or credit note, with information such as
- Account Number
- Invoice Number / Credit Note Number
- Invoice Date
- Description
- Billing Period
- Qty
- Total
- Invoice Due Date
